No recipient sign-up is required
Data breaches caused by cyberattacks continue to occur. In recent years, IDs and passwords have become one of the most targeted attack paths, and the assumption that “ID and password authentication is enough to stay safe” is no longer reliable. POSTSPACE is a file transfer and sharing service that lets you securely exchange confidential files without requiring recipients to sign up or log in. It protects your important data with end-to-end encryption, device binding, and other security measures.
When the recipient opens the first passcode-protected link, file transfers are enabled only for that recipient’s device. The recipient does not need to create an account or log in.
Device binding on the first link blocks access from unintended recipients. It helps prevent information leakage caused by stolen passcodes or links, and also reduces misdelivery risk.
Based on zero-knowledge E2EE, even the service operator cannot decrypt encrypted files. It protects data not only from cyberattacks, but also from cloud misconfiguration and insider misconduct at data centers.
When hackers break in or admins make mistakes,
master encryption keys may leak from the cloud,
allowing attackers to decrypt passwords and data,
causing large-scale information breaches.
POSTSPACE does not store encryption keys in the cloud
Encryption keys are managed per user and are not stored
in the cloud. Even if the cloud is compromised
by a malicious actor, no encryption keys exist there,
greatly reducing the risk of data leakage.
Recommended for organizations that handle personal or confidential information
and for HR, administration, IT, and other responsible teams.
